Mods are not officially supported by Beat Games. If you mod your game, there is a chance that it will break after any game update. |

Overview[]
Mods are a way to make the gameplay experience better in Beat Saber. With PCVR, you can directly download mods from BeatMods using a mod installer. Mods may also be installed manually, via manual download. On standalone headsets, the standard method for installing mods is side-loading using BMBF. This capability allows for custom-made levels and songs to be added outside of the default features. There are many resources and guides that can be found online in order to do this. The recommended resource for modding Beat Saber is the Beat Saber Modding Group Wiki.
Mod Installers[]
There are many different mod installer programs for Beat Saber. Some mod installs work better with other operating systems and have a better user interface while some keep it short and simple while staying performance efficient.
Mod Assistant[]
Mod Assistant is the most popular mod installer for Beat Saber. With a short and simple interface, it allows you to go from having no mods to having every mod quickly. The app also allows you to manage OneClick Installs™ for BeatSaver, ModelSaber, and Playlists.
